Default Just Wondering about serious body toning

I was just wondering if there was any maintainers out there who have got into serious exercise since finishing re-feed.?.

Serious as in have decided they don't mind so much that they put on some kilos to gain some muscles and some definition in their bodies???

Ive read a lot of threads here not so much diaries and haven't seen anything specific to serious body toning.

Just wondering if their was anyone here who had done that and if you had I was just wondering how you were going with it?
how much are you eating? is it all that much more than what the good doctors has suggested you eat to maintain your weight for life?
what weight are you maintaining? etc?
Have you managed to get rid of all your excess fat? Are you just skin, required amount of fat and muscle?
Has anyone become a personal trainer since finishing?? ( like a lot of the biggest loser's have?)

Cheers Carla.

Hi Carla
I finish refeed in a couple of days and am planning to start some serious exercise. I had tried to begin previously but decided to wait as it did seem to affect my appetite and I did not have the extra energy while on the program. I have started doing some serious gardening and walking up hills and now find I dont run out of energy and in fact feel energised afterwards, so maybe I can report some good results in a few months!

Well that would be wonderful news Louise.

I just know that everyone here wants a "new skinny body" but was wondering if anyone wanted a defined and toned body like myself...so just thought Id ask.. But ill keep an eye out on what you get up to and how you progress..

Carla.

Hi Carla

I would check out Shell's Maintenance Diary and perhaps PM her. Her biceps are to die for!

thanks loulou... I too wanted to see whether anyone got into gym training etc etc

I used to be a gym fanatic some 4 years ago and obviously am not now with all the weight I piled on. But do dream of going back to the body I had

Default body transformation post-Cohen's

Hi Carla

this is something I am definitely interested in, actually it's something i am going to do once i get to goal weight.

I already have my gym and PT chosen, I've worked out my new fitness wardrobe and schedule also.

Then I've got my Cert IV PT course booked (already done Cert III) and then the extra subjects i want to specialise in. Today I was looking on seek.com for jobs that are out there, I was pleased to see there were a heap in the fitness industry and I could've gone for about 75% of them once my course is completed.

I used to be a gym rat and lived at the gym 6 out of 7 days, i now seriously regret what I have done to my body with food.

feel free to PM me if you ever want to swap stories or ideas
