New here, an introduction

In the last year I have lost 40+lbs and have become quite passionate about weight loss. The hardest part of diet and nutrition is keeping the weight off! I thought by joining a forum such as this I might find new motivation and maybe provide some.

Congratulations on your weight loss!! I agree...the hardest part is keeping it off, I am back on Cohens for a 2nd time....thankfully with less to lose than the first time..but looking forward to getting back to goal and staying there this time!

Hi am also new on the forum but not new on Cohen...Joined in March this year lost 15 kilos then August I fell off the band wagon! Ive gained about 5 kilos but i am back on and more determined then ever to make it work...still have lot and lots and lots of weight to loose but i am going for it!
