Another newbie

Hi all. My name is Jenny & I made my lifestyle change to Cohens 25 weeks ago. In that time I have lost 35kgs. I must say, this is the best "diet" (for want of a better word) I have ever been on. I have found it easy to stick to, and for the most part, havent been tempted to stray (except for the good food & wine show! )
I went to my first support session in at the office yesterday, and found out about this site. What a fantastic opportunity- to talk to like minded people who know eactly what I am feeling right now, and can give useful tips to help me on my way! I only found out yesterday that I shouldnt be eating Vaalia (which I love!)
Well I hope to read heaps, learn heaps, contribute some, and make some good friends along the way!!!

Congrats on your fantastic loss... wow, I bet you're feeling like a different person already.
I thought it was the worst news ever when I found out that we shouldn't be eating Vaalia yogurt, it was a favourite of mine and my kids. I don't think any of the other ones are anywhere near as good, but they make a nice change from eggs! lol

I look forward to getting to know you better and following your journey. Get yourself a diary, they're a great thing to have
