started on 13th jan feeling ok so far have been drinking lots of water and feeling the difference already. just thought I would introduce myself and hopefully will be able to come here for support if I'm having a bad day! medicmum |

i find it hardest on weekends - not so much sticking to the plan cause i am not finding that hard at all it is just drinking the water.
on the weekend i only average 2litres and during the week at work i drink so much more. onward and upward |

Well done Medicmum, your off to a flying start. You'll be well under 100kg before you know it. I too can sometimes struggle with all the water. 2 Litres is sometimes all I can manage too, other days a bit more. My clinic told me not to go over 3.3 litres or your body might end up storing water. Not sure about that one, but I'm happy to keep to between 2 - 3 litres. I can imagine sticking with 2 litres a day long term, anything more not so much.

Week 4 weigh in loss this week 2.1kgs total loss for first 4 weeks 10.3kgs!!!!!
