Question Anyone else experience this?

About 5 days into the diet I got a hard, red, sore lump on my side (rib area). Took about 2 weeks to vanish but has left a small purple scar. Since then I have developed another on the lower part of my belly, 5-6 on the tops of my legs/groin area and more recently 5-6 in my left armpit. They are like a boil or cyst.

I have never had anything like it before and wonder if it's the diet?? Maybe all the bad toxins coming out of my pores or something??? Anyone else have something similar???

Sounds nasty.. go to your GP and get them checked out.. make sure you're taking your multi vitamin and drinking your water.

that's funny, i have had one develop on my upper leg. it was never particularly painful, but like a little purple lump (like a bigger blood blister under the skin), and now it a faded, but still obvious deep purple/red spot.

I have been taking all my vitamins every single day, drinking 3L of water....maybe I was just so full of toxins it is coming out via my skin. I work with Dr's every day and mentioned it to one and he said, pimple/boil/infected sebaceous cysts????? God knows??

Hi,

I also developed a few boils that I wouldn't of normally had when I was doing the program last year. Funnily enough I have also had some recently since I started again. Must be a detox thing.
