Signature Clean Ups

As an when I see a Signature that's resulted in some formatting errors in the migration (things like stary < / BR > characters), I'll pop into your profile and tidy them up, time permitting.

You can also do it yourself in your User CP. The signature editor can be setup as WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) so you can see instantly how it will look. Smaller fonts work wonders in signatures.
