Default Challenge, new meals for lunch or tea?

I tend to eat the same meals.... I don't know why...

It's easier sometimes and I don't have to think.....I have stacks of nice recipes and yet I find myself eating the same few meals over and over...

Speaking to others, I find this can be a common trend... Even if it's not what YOU do...still consider taking on this challenge...

The Challenge!

Pick either LUNCH or DINNER,
the challenge is to either create or make a new meal for yourself
.... One that you haven't had before.
You can either make a new recipe or use an existing recipe.

You have 7 days to complete the challenge.

What I would like you to do is follow this format.

I would like you to leave a post saying that you accept the challenge and which meal you are going to change.
Then when you've completed this challenge I want you to

find your post again and
hit MODIFY....
draw a line of stars under your original post and
then add in what meal you ate instead...

It would be great just to shake us all up a little bit

Debs

Great idea Debs - I'm up for the challenge. I'll have to think about which meal I want to change first though as I'm pretty happy with them so far. Haven't got sick of anything in 3 weeks. Sure I will after a while so I'll put my thinking cap on and get back to ya.

Okay I've decided to modify my feta cheese days - instead of feta cheese and salad I'm going to come up with something new to do with it.

Okay Debs - I've just had my new meal I've created for lunch and it was delicious! It's steamed vegies with pureed tomato sauce and crumbled feta cheese. I've called it Steam Vegies with Tomato & Feta and I've posted the recipe in the Recipe Forum. Hope you like it - I did! Certainly made a nice change from feta salad. Thanks for the Challenge to bring out the creativity in me!
