Unhappy Should I do Refeed again after 6kg lost??

Hi there,

A year ago around this time I started Cohens and finished April 08 this yr (lost 19.5kg). Weight has slowly been getting the better of me and now am determined to get rid of it. I'v decided to go back on my original programme 100% ...thinking it should work again (am on the dreaded day three!!). Have people gone on to do the whole 2 weeks of refeed after getting back to their goal weight?

Any comments please...i will do this....i will do this....

Hi Flash
I've gone back on the diet to lose 3 kgs after regaining some while on holiday ( this was all a while ago) I was on my original plan for just under 2 weeks but decided to do the proper refeed just to be on the safe side ... and needless to say- it felt great being on refeed.
If u'r on the diet for more than 2 weeks, u should go through the refeed as well.

As chikita said, if you've been doing the program for 2 weeks or more, then you need too.. otherwise I wouldn't worry too much.. if you want to loose more then perhaps I'd consider it (lower than your previous goal weight).. see how you feel by the end of it though.. refeed is a pretty annoying but awesome thing to do..

Thanks Faithy & Chikita

Tis amazing how quickly the weight comes off. I'm down to 59.4 this morning from 61.8kg - hopefully heading towards 55kg (esp b4 xmas)...going on how quickly the first 2kg dropped off (well almost) i'm hoping it'll only take by this time next week. I've gone back onto automatic mode now after day three so should be easy to keep going now. Am sleeping better and all the good things that comes with being on this programme are kicking in.

It definately gets harder and harder to re-start the programme - so it is worth being a little more vigilant...

I might start planning an excercise regime to start on - once this 6kgs comes off....my new years resolution!!!!

ta
