Default Artificial Sweetener Question

Just wondering what sweeteners other people are allowed on their plan?

My plan says sucrul only however I've seen posts which mention other sweeteners on here...

Mine said "You may use Aspartame based sweeteners - Hermesetas or Sugarine. You may also use up to 5 tablets of Splenda or Stevia"

Stevia is by far the best tasting one I have found, and since being in maintenance I have discovered a stevia sweetener called Natvia which I can use in baking, which will be great for reducing sugar count in stuff I make at home

Thanks talia for mentioning about the Stevie and navita - I saw that at the health shop recently. My son is not eating sugar as such, but has 'natural' sugars like honey, maple syrup etc (he's 20 and exercises so he can get away with it). Great suggestion for maintenance,
Lesley
