Starting today!
Cottage cheese and celary for breakfast - thats a lot of celary! Starting weight 144kg. Goal weight 87-90kg I've always been "big" but have just gotten too big lately and need to shed some excess. Our daughter turns one next week and i need to be able to keep up with her more, and my wife too i guess I notice there aren't many guys on here - a bit dissapointing when i was hoping to read their stories and compare how i might go. Anyway - hellooo ladies. Ed |

Hi Ed,
Welcome aboard !! The women have LONG outnumbered the men on here. But there have been many journeys already completed (and some not, but there aren't too many of those). Look in the Hall of Fame for names of past successes (usually has a link in there to their diaries). I'm sure not all are in HOF either - so have a trek around the Completed diaries too (as well as current ones). One current big "loser" is Mcpsych - his diary is in Personal Diaries, not Completed... Koh PS And do check my sig - just so you know....

Just a big happy hushpuppy I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! |

Hi Ed
My little boy is my motivation so I understand where you are coming from. He will be two in August so I am looking forward to having some birthday photos of me and him that I'm not tempted to delete. Good luck for the first few weeks. It can be a bit rough but you'll soon get into the swing of it. Just be really organised and take it one day at a time. Cathbug |
