Baked Mushroom and Cheese


Recipe Description
Yummy baked mushroom and cheese. You cut through the mushroom, seems like eating steak! 
Ingredients:
Mushroom (preferably Portobello type - big & flat)
Cheese
Salt to taste 
Preparation Steps:
Weigh vege (mushroom) & cheese allowance 
Level of Difficulty:
Easy 
Time Needed:
15 minutes 
Serves:
Instructions:
Sprinkle a bit of salt on the mushroom.
Arrange the cheese on top of mushroom.
Baked at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes

Just had this for lunch... so easy and so yummy....
I made mine with Feta, chopped up tomato and a drizzle of balsamic on top... was so good

had this for breakfast. i used ricotta and baby portobello mushrooms. yummy! wiped the cheese clean with a cracker.

i just buy button mushrooms, and put onion, tomato & then mozzarella cheese in them, if there is enough left over, i just pop it on a salada. its yummy
