2nd round; new to forum

Hello all you beautiful people
I am beeveegee and based in South Africa…
I’ve been a frequent, incognito flyer around here for many years and drew constant inspiration from various threads and posts esp in the polls. Some 9 years ago I’ve successfully completed my first round (15kgs in 12weeks). This after i thought I’m not meant to be a thin person, maaaan it felt great. The confidence got a borderline arrogant bump🤭😂🙈. At my thinnest/lightest I weighed in at 54kgs…but, I never did the refeeder😩, fell pregnant and then kinda spiralled. Because I have such faith in the program, I joined again in January, started my new programme on 8 Jan at a starting weight of 95kgs and thus far lost 11.1…I am super stoked though I do kinda feel the mountain is still steep. I have been pretty strict and well behaved until last week when my baby fell ill, couldn’t get to dinner and had a handful of nuts…ofc i could kick myself the next day🥺…but upward and onward. I still have 27 to go and I know I am in the right place here with you all to get there. Thank you for this great platform, I so appreciate this space.

Welcome to Newyou. Good to hear you have succeeded previously - that means you can do it again, yeah?

Good to hear you know this place - not so many stop by these days. It can get kinda quiet, but a lot of the good stuff remains, so feel free to check it all out. Hi BVG ... just dropped in to see whats new ... hope things are going well for you with Cohen's. I'm a 3rd timer, but have never made it to re-feed and maintenance - so planning on this time being different. I've been at it since October, sticking with it, and WILL get to refeed hopefully in the next couple of months. I'll keep an eye out for your diary entries Take care, Sam
