Blood Tests and accidental deviation
When you have blood tests, how long do you need to be deviation free so it doesn't show up? I have had no deviations this time, but am curious as to how long. I've heard a week, and have also heard two weeks minimum? Does anyone have experience with this?

Re: Blood Tests and accidental deviation
Nah I am not sure but I do know that my first bloods came back as boderline deviation despite being deviation free, figured I was using too many sweetners...but then the last two showed up as 'deviations' again I haven't deviated so I am trying some different multi vitamins...
I know that doesn't answer your question I think its a science all to itself

Re: Blood Tests and accidental deviation
Don't know if this helps either, but my consultant said you need to be deviation free for at least 2 weeks before the blood test otherwise it "messes up your results". Not sure how accurate that is really!
Take care, BFG
