"Seeing" results...
I was wondering... how soon before you actually see visual results? I have just made it through day 5 - even managed to say no to pizza while the rest of the office ate it - but am wondering when I might start seeing results instead of just feeling them? Sal x |

Hi salm10, I have just finished my 6th week and it is quite noticeable now. Hubby reckoned he could see a difference a couple of weeks ago. I had to get rid of my first pair of baggy pants at week 3 or 4 cant remember which but it happened quicker than I thought. I noticed it in my face quite quickly, but that is normal, but even I can really see it now when I venture a look in the mirror.

I started noticing the difference within 10 days - all my clothes were loose by then! You have less weight to lose than I do, so I think you might start noticing the difference within the next few days too! Stick with it! This diet is SO worth it!

like andrea said, you notice it in your face pretty quickly. i saw it within the first week or so facially, as did other people. it's really rewarding when someone else notices! stick with it and you'll be great - fantastic work on the pizza, too. xxBB |

Thanks everyone, its good to know it doesn't take too long before you can actually see results! I was naughty this morning and got on the scales... even though I'm not meant to and I have lost 1.8kg in 5 days! Yay for me!!
