Default 100% Cohens challenge - Mon 2nd April - Sun 15th April 2012
Hi all, and congrats if you are claiming a dancing mango for the last fortnight

If you would like to join this fortnights challenge, add your name and I will type up a list You have until Thursday 5th April 2012 to sign up and you must have been deviation free since Monday 2nd April, or you have to wait to join the next challenge which will be in 2 weeks time

I'm in again too. Claimed my mango for the last one. While I never have really deviated, being part of the challenge certainly takes away any thoughts of deviation.

had a small deviation (ever so small, didn't affect losses) but i'm out i'm afraid! still in for the water wise though!

OK I have a question.

Yesterday without thinking I ate my lunch 15 mins earlier than I should have, is this a deviation?

I'm incredibly hacked off because I have been so conscious about my eating & to make a mistake over timing!!! food & amounts were all cohen friendly though.

Do I claim my mango or not?

Rochy, a deviation as I understand it, is having something not on plan to eat or drink.
