Peanut Butter (or any other nuts)
Food Processor Salt/Sweetener/Spices to taste Use plain unsalted nuts (I used crushed nuts to save time), and process until smooth and creamy (takes a while). I added a tiny bit of Celtic salt and Stevia sweetener, and then a dash of cinnamon. It warms up as it processes, and I couldn't resist eating some of the warm yumminess straight from the processor bowl, yum! You can use any other nuts (or seeds like Sunflower or Pumpkin). If you like a spread on your bread or crackers, this is an easy way to control what you are actually eating, and limit nasties like trans fats that are found in most supermarket brands (and by adding spices, you can add flavour and nutrition too!) |

Re: Peanut Butter (or any other nuts)
I just used what was left in the packet, and used my small processor. All depends on how much you want to make, and how big your processor bowl is.
So, in short, as much as you want! |
