Hello, I'm a newbie here....
Just thought I would say hello to everyone on this forum and I only have been on this Cohen's diet since 16th November and oh boy, it's just amazing that I have lost 5.7kgs today and this program is fantastic, I have heaps of energy, am not hungry and my skin looks fantastic!!! I've still got 41.6kg to go to reach my goal of 60kgs. Cheers, Michelle

Welcome Talkingshell this is the best weight loss plan ever! Congratulations of joining and watching your self melt!
I weighed my self this morning and i am now down to 85.8kg! (my starting weight on the 2nd of october was 103.15 kg) so a loss of 17.35 kg in 9 weeks! With NO HARD WORK!!!! you will look and feel fantastic! Yee HAH!

Hello, I'm a newbie here....
Yes welcome to the forum.
The one interesting thing is that we are all fairly much new, after all if you stick to the diet you will lose weight fairly quickly and you will be at your goal in months, whilst getting improvements immediately. So we are all new, I have 4 months experience and I can now order my refeed if I wish

Goal: Be under 100kg by Christmas! Goal: No deviations until Xmas Day!
