A BOOK LINK - 'GABRIEL METHOD' ??

Hello everyone. On Sat morning i was reading a post and it included a link re a book that was in last weekends Sunday newspaper about a guy who lost lots of weight without dieting. My memory tells me he was called something like John Gabriel and his book is The Gabriel Method. I didnt have time to follow it up then and now, i have spent at least 30 minutes looking for the link - cant remember who posted it etc. Can anyone let me have the details as i am very interested in his whole idea of changing how you think and then the weight loss takes care of itself etc. Thanks in anticipation, Pandora

Ah its okay, i found the website! I had been googling John Gabriel and he spells ith JON. His book is called the Gabriel Method and apparently his mind changing ideas work also to transform ANY area of your life that you are not completely happy with! Has rave reviews so i have ordered it. Will let you all know it its any good. Anyone else reading it? Pandora
