Hi B&M - I'm starting Monday - good luck with your journey. Can I add a couple of questions?
Can you mix and match the meals ie
Can my first meal of the day be Meal 2, Lunch Meal 1 and Dinner Meal 3 ?
What sort of multi vitamins are recommended ?
I am doing this remotely and the clinic is closed today so I cant call.
Sorry to hi-jack your thread, but it is another newbie question.

Hi Girls

Balsamic vinegar is different to balsamic dressing. The dressing has lots of other stuff in it (even the "low fat" kind), and oil as well.

Not sure about the onion, but am guessing red onion is okay. Someone else may know and reply!

Yes the meals can be swapped around so you can have Meal 3 for breakfast, Meal 1 for lunch and Meal 2 for dinner.

As for the vitamins, it should say in your booklet what is recommended for you to take.

Good luck girls! You won't regret this journey to a new you!

There are some good threads on multi vitamins and it can be hard to find one that complies. The Aldi one does. Look for ones without too much B6 because it can cause hunger. Also make sure they don't have added lactose, gluten etc

Re the onion, I don't think it matters as long as you don't exceed 20 grams a day.

Best wishes to you both

Cheers

Butterfly

If you want to mix up ur balsamic vinegar and make it as a 'dressing' I have been adding a bit of sweetner to mine. It changes it up, you don't need much. Or you could try spices instead. Hope this helps

I wouldnt survive Cohens without my Balsamic vinegar! I love it!! I am on Blackmores slow release multi vitamins as it seemed like the more popular choice when I did a search on here. First couple of days they didnt agree with my tummy, but now they are perfect and I have a lot more energy in the afternoons than I did!
