Default Spring challenge

As we will be finishing our winter challenge and i see some wonderful results who is up for a spring challenge we will do it the same as the winter challenge
We will start 1 September until end of november and some of us can be ready for some summer bodies ....... You set yourself a goal for the end of the 3 months and keep going to get there by the end of 3 months. Decide on which day you want to do you weigh in

So i will put my goal for 16 kg.

Lets do this i hope there is someone that will join i need to finish this

Yes!! I'm keen as!! I stopped doing Cohen's in the middle of the winter challenge, but I'm back on track now I want to get to my goal which is 70, but I may aim for 65(I got to 67 last time but got pregnant so couldn't do refeed) so say 15kg for me

Cohens Re-Start Weight 03/08/13: 85.7kgs Goal Weight: 70kgs (will reassess when I get to 70, may go lower as recommended range is 58-61)
Goal One - Get BMI under 30 DONE Goal Two - Under 85 kgs DONE Goal Three - Under 80 kgs Goal Four - Under 75 kgs Goal Five - Under 70kgs Goal Six - be in the healthy BMI range

Yep, sign me up for a spring challenge. My goal will be to be at 52.0kg and starting refeed!!!!!!!! !!!!! !!!!!! !!!!!!! !!!!! Am at 62.2kg so will aim to lose 10kg and start refeed at 52-55kg - when ever I feel the need.

Hope that makes sense!

Yep count me in! I am going to stick with 15 kilos as the number I wish to lose as I have achieved that over winter and want to do it again! I do hear that weight loss can slow the closer you get to goal so fingers crossed I am being reasonable with myself.

I enjoy the challenges - they definitely help me keep focus.

I am in too please - I managed to do 15kgs in the winter one so like Caz, I will aim for another 15 kgs this time too!

(done 10/6/13) 5th goal - 40 kilos lost and into the 90's! (done 8/7/13) 6th goal - 50 kilos gone and in the 80's! (done 28/8/13) 7th goal - 60 kilos lost and into the 70's!! (done 13/11/13) 8th goal 70 kilos gone and in the 60's!!! Bring on refeed I say....

Hello everyone!! I am back after a 2 year absence. Had a little boy Finn who is now 18 months and now feel like I am in the right frame of mind to start again! I still need to do my ticker. I lost 30 kilos to have my little boy, but through Ill health and him being premmie, it has found its way back on plus 4 more!! To be honest I feel so overwhelmed at starting again but I need to. I found joining these sprints last time is what kept me on track. Will weigh myself tomorrow and get my ticker up to date. Look forward to shrinking with all of you! Stay strong! Ems.

I'm joining in on this one!!

I am now on 107kg... I will aim for between 15 to 20kg at the end of three months. Will we keep track on here, like posting once a week on where we are at or how will we do it?

Started Cohen on 26/08/2013
Hubby promised a trip to Mauritius when I reach 70kg... (will be delayed due to possible refeed (me) and rehab (hubby))
Reached lowest estimate of Spring challenge 2013 of losing 15kg on 6 November 2013. Now aiming for higher estimate of 20kg lost before end of challenge... Made the 80's on 15/11/2013

Yay! Spring challenge! I lost nada last week (and there could be multiple reasons for that), so unfortunately I have lost a week - but there is still plenty of time left!

Spring Challenge
Start Weight (2nd Sept): 61.0kgs
Goal: Lose 9 kilos (to refeed - might start at 55kg - which would be 6kg to go, but will wait and see. Last time around I started refeed at 52kg, so will aim for that this time around too).

I shall report in every Monday.

Oh - I just found this challenge, I hope I'm not too late to join.

Start weight - 88.8kg (as of today)

I'd like to lose 15kg (not too optimistic I hope). So my goal is to get to 73.8kg by the end of November.

Oooops forgot to check back in here for my starting weigh in. I am going to change my goal for the challenge and go for 12 kgs in the 12 weeks and I will be happy with that!

Week 1 (4/9/13) 87.2kgs
