Unhappy Im back & thinking new program 4 me

Hi guys

Im am finally back on the forum to say hi and to get my a$$ back on this fabulous program. Bit of background. I started mid January this year and lost 20 kilos in 10 weeks 9 weeks deviation free, then due to hick ups and more deviations I have now put on 13 kilos during the 4 and bit months I have been pretty much off. Anyway I am thinking of getting a new program, not that I am anywhere near made of money, however I have blown my changes of refeed. BUT I would love to hear your opinions especially from those who have purchased new programs. Basically would if it was you would you buy it now or save and do old program. My old program was great in that I was never really ever hungry or really craved anything after first few days. However my energy levels were really low and I was tired and slept heaps despite that fact I followed the program to the T, all correct multis, water, food ect. I have spoken to the always time generous and support AJ on this matter and she has, regardless of her belief helped me alot, BUT just wanted to hear from the rest of you. I have spoken to my clinic and she was really nice and supportive and suprisingly did not in any way try to push me into getting a new program.
I am starting to feel like a really fat pointless person and DO want this once again.
Im just torn if I should get my new program now.

Thanks for reading everyone

AJ my email is on blink I will send through reply as soon as I can

Hi Paza,
have you tried continuing with your old program?
If it works, I think they have to still give you re feed as it is included in your price.
You just might have to pay per visit to your clinic, what did they recommend?

Hey Shell

No I didnt continue with my blood tests during the time off, so due to missing a few I wont be able to get refeed. I have started with my old program again but never seem to stay on it. The only reason I think maybe I should get a new one is because I have read that a few people felt better with the new program. I really did feel very low on energy for my time and I alteast would of thought that after a month I would start to feel more energic.

Hey Paza..

Sounds to me like you'll need a new program.. there are a number of reasons but the one that screams out at me the most is your refeed.. there is no point to doing this program without having that at the end.. you just cant succeed without it.. it's just as an important part of the program as the first losing part.. in fact the refeed is so important.. you HAVE to stick to it 100% while doing it.. you can't possibly maintain your weight without it.. as you will know from what happened to you just recently..

The other things is that you cant just get the zone happening if your program isn't right for you, which is what it sounds like here..

In the end it's your decission but I honestly feel if you wish to do it right & properly that a new program is the way to go..

I wish you the best success

Thanks Faithy

I have decided to go with a new program, even though I really had already decided that after speaking with Sue on Friday afternoon, really just wanted to hear from you guys. I have even had the inital blood test done again yesterday, though my clinic is not aware that I have decided to go ahead with a new program now. I will call them on Monday and confirm this with them. I will have to go back to my current program for a week or two as the clinic is closed from Wednesday to Friday this week, so I would guess I will not receive my new one until mid to late the following week.

This time around I am sticking to only this forum and occassionally pop into the other 2 I know of. NO MORE body building sites for me... they have a tenancy of putting me off cohens, alteast unit I have finished refeed which I am thinking will be by my 29th birthday early March. I should kick my a$$ big time for this stuff around I have done to myself, I would have been to goal before xmas. Well life and learn and I am not planning on repeating this learning experience again, one time to many already.

Get ready for the new LONGER than 9 weeks deviation free challange P. (p is my new nickname to myself.

Hi Paza,

I was on the program nearly 3 years ago and lost about 30kg in 3 months. But I stopped it and I was way off being anywhere near goal or refeed so I put it all back on again and then some.

I tried going back on my old program a number of times but I would get sooooo hungry and lethargic.

I decided to do it properly and have been back, paid the money and got a new program. It is 3 weeks and I am feeling great. I am not hungry at all and I have heaps of energy which is the way it should be when the program and balance it right.

There is a difference in the 2 programs and also things had changed a little in the last few years.

Going and paying again adds more motivation for me. I know the program works and it great so if I had only stuck to it before I would be thinner and $750 better off. I am going to see it all the way through this time coz I want the results and I want the refeed and maintenance so I keep it off. I also think that having the weigh in and blood tests helps to keep you on track.

I think GO FOR IT, pay the money (if you can afford it) and jump into it 'boots & all'. It is a good investment and you are worth it.

Hi P

You must have been typing at the same time as me lol.

Great to hear that you are committed to going back on it. Congratulations on taking the plunge.

Good luck (though it sounds like you don't need any luck) and I look forward to hearing how you are going.

Hey Rekahs, I am glad I got to read your first post, it is so reasurring to hear other people experience on what am I about to embark on. I am so glad to hear that this time round you are feeling so much better, I think that makes all the difference. I am hoping my energy levels increase this time, it will make life so much easier.
I agree with you about paying again, it motivates you a little more, and yes I hear you regarding sticking to it the first time... if I only did. Well not going to punish myself with feeling bad about that anymore. New program, new me... more importantly thin me

Thanks Faithy, yes I am actually really excited. It has been a little bit of a long process to get back here but the most important thing is I am!
Btw Fabulous job... your look beond stunning.

I'm pleased you made that choice, Paza, even though it's a lot of money to pay out in total. I remember someone saying that every time she thought of deviating she thought of the cost of the programme and considered the deviation to be that cost -- and didn't deviate.

Good luck, and I hope you will keep us up to date with your progress in your diary.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I'm so pleased you are back, paza. Judging by comments from others who have received a second programme, you will start feeling good and losing what you've put on shortly after it arrives. As you now know, the shortest way to goal is a straight line (no deviations). Please email me any time if you need help, or just someone to chat with.

Hi Paza

good move! Just one thought: I know some people even find it hard getting back on with a new program. That is obviously emotional issues that they have not solved. So you might still find it hard. So do yourself a favour and write as much as you can here. From experience (not mine), the second time around it is even more important that the first time to be 100%. I have not always been 100%, as those who have been on this forum for longer well know.

But in particular the second time it is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to do.

Good luck!

Katrin

I am going to be a no deviation diva this time!!! Thank you again for all your support and lending me an ear when in total destress

Kagiesen Ah yes I hear what you are saying. BUT I know Im ready and this time I am going to involve myself in posting more often, as appose to just reading everybodys journey. ( I did lack confidence in my written communication skills ) but now I dont care and I sure if nobody gets what Im talkin about they will say so
Im not going to let there be a third time, 2nd time already one to many, I dont have anymore room to fail myself.

Thanks ladies

Sorry I didn't get here earlier to share your news, Paza. That's great news. Did you start on the new programme today? I do hope you feel better than last time on it.

Hopefully, the weight you have added will fall away amazingly quickly now.

Thanks so much for the support AJ, BG & Bellabella
I am really excited to.... I am starting tomorrow, didnt have absolutely everything I needed for Wednesday so I had to get them the today after work. I put my hand up to work the ekka day shift yesterday which was a public holiday for Brissy so I had to work the full day, so by the time I got home, I knew I probably would not have got everything and p/h so many things closed. I am now set, and starting earlier than I initally thought anyway so that is GREAT!!! One thing I couldnt find was senna tea I think it was.

Bella great to hear such success from a 2nd time rounder, gives me even more hope, but I am here and I am ready to rid myself of this excess fat for good.... and yes if a bit falls off extra quick that would be very nice to

Thanks ladies and I will start posting in my diary or a new one tomorrow.
I must go and prepare a few things before it gets to late and I get lazy.
