Default started today

Hi all . first day on the diet and ready to go just not sure about the crackers the salada comes in 4 small squars not sure if each small is counted as one ? as ryvita is longer and is one thanks Elizabeth sorry quick note very busy today

In your first 10 days you should eat your total allowance, after that you can drop it down. If you can't fit all 7 in after 10 days, use them to crumb your chicken and steak, tastes yummy. I was only allowed 5 so usually had them with my meals but occasionally as a snack.

I still eat all my crackers and fruit. On your program is the weight of each cracker so you can weigh them to make sure you get the right amount.
