Refeed without refeed program

Hi all,

After my third attempt im happy to say i am 3 kgs of my goal weight

However due to me not completing the program the first time around I never received my re-feed program so was wondering the following.

1) Is it possible to order my re-feed from my clinic even though its been 2 years since I first started

2) If not then what would be your suggestions on transitioning out of the program into normal life again?

Best bet would to get in touch with your clinic - they will be able to give the best advice. From what I know, everyone's refeed is different (and is calculated from your blood tests - except from the very first fasting one), of different lengths of time with different things introduced on different days.

You could try to cobble together some kind of refeed plan by scouring the refeed diaries, but I'd hate to advise you incorrectly. Please contact your clinic as the first step.

So I spoke to my clinic and they are sending me out a refeed guide as they cant do my proper refeed.

They said it's not the proper one as they need the ongoing blood to do the program but it is the same principals.

Has anyone either seen or done what they are talking about?

I should receive it in the next few days.
