Allowable teas?
I was just wondering if anyone knows if we are allowed fenugreek tea? One of my colleagues at work offered me some but I didn't know if I could try it or not. It smelled nice though! Thanks Tam

Unfortunately Fenugreek isn't allowed on the programme. Save it for after  asy.
