minced beef and veggie soup (microwave)
Recipe Descriptionhot and easy cup of soup
Ingredients:Minced beef
+/- 10g celery
+/- 5g onion
+/- 7g greenpepper
+/- 15 tomato
asparagus for the rest of veg allowance
balsamic vinegar
1 sachet sweetner
thyme, oreganum and rosemary, salt and pepper
1 cup water
1 crushed cracker
1tsp low fat mayo
Preparation Steps:blend together al the vegetables with the thyme, oreganum,salt & pepper
fry minced beef with 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and rosemary. When done add the sachet sweetner.
Level of Difficulty:Easy
Time Needed:10 minutes
Serves:large soup mug
Instructions:Take the vegetable blend and add cup of water and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar, put into microwave for 7 minutes. Stir every 2 mins.
After the 7 mins is done add mince mixture and crushed cracker with veg blend and micro for another 1 min.
serve immediately with tsp of mayo..
