And this time its going to be better!!
I am so glad I'm back on with the forum and the diet. I was on the diet in 2007 and was doing so well! But with our wedding and going overseas everything stopped.. followed by a baby and here I am heavier than I was in 2007. But I am very positive! I'm really looking forward to chatting with you all, the support on the blog last time was great. I actually still recognise some names who have clearly been kind enough to stay on the forum and support new members. Can't wait to start shrinking, I will play football with my son.. I will!!

Hi Angie
I did exactly the same thing as you.....twice!! I am on 3 day and all going well so far. I am a bit hungry but I'm using my old plan so that could explain it. Are you using your old plan or did you get a new one?

I actually got a new one. I thought if I go with the old, there is no refeed (I was far from refeed when we got married). I'm also going to go to the clinic every month - to give me that extra push. Did you get to the refeed on to previous go?

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I did get the refeed but seem to have lost it when I moved house. I'm going to have to tear the place apart to find it but I have a terrible feeling it's gone. How are you going with it all?
