Cheese allowance
Are you allowed to halve your cheese allowance from one of your meals and have it melted on a crispbread later? Or do you have to consume it all in one sitting? |

A meal is a meal.
Snacks are between meals. You can't mix the two If you want cheese on crispbreads you'll have to have your crispbreads with your meal. asy

I also think because cheese is a protein, if you choose to have half, then, half later, you need to wait an extra 5 hours before having another meal. Not worth it perhaps, if you get hungry during that time. Best of luck, I am sure you will sort it.
