Default Cheese allowance

Hi,
Are you allowed to halve your cheese allowance from one of your meals and have it melted on a crispbread later?
Or do you have to consume it all in one sitting?

A meal is a meal.

Snacks are between meals.

You can't mix the two

If you want cheese on crispbreads you'll have to have your crispbreads with your meal.

I also think because cheese is a protein, if you choose to have half, then, half later, you need to wait an extra 5 hours before having another meal. Not worth it perhaps, if you get hungry during that time. Best of luck, I am sure you will sort it.

If he was to do that then he wouldn't be having ALL of his meal in the one sitting.. we can't split up our 'meals'.. otherwise what is the point of weighing up the 'exact' amounts?

The program WONT work the way it's designed unless it's followed 100%
