Cheese is in the cheese section at Coles or Woolies, that yellow block doesn't look remotely like mozzarella in Europe which is that fluffy white stuff which is here called bocconcini and available in good supermarkets in special cheese section in small balls in a tub.

Salada is available here, I live on it. Only the plain ones, not wholegrain.

Multivitamin from Blackmores, called sustained release.

It's confusing, after 5 years here in Australia, I still can't find the food I want and was used to in Germany. Still don't understand why vinegar doesn't stand with olive oil, or toilet paper with kitchen towels.... Why is nice flavoursome cheese so expensive?

You'll get over it though!

Good luck

Katrin

Hi PinkSultana,

Im frm the UK but haven't started the diet yet. Still waiting for the blood test results .....sorry for not having an answer to ur questions but my advice is to go to the supermarkets and ask what u looking for.. There are Tesco, Sainsbury's, Mark n Specer's, Waitrose, etc....

All the best...
