I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Default 10kgs to LOSE.... fast or SLOW?

I only have 10 kgs to lose. will this mean it will take me a lot longer cos i dont have as much to lose ( 29 year old female)

It is not so much that it "takes a lot longer" - but more like "less weight lost per month" than most others. Your journey is likely to be WAY shorter than most.

But, while others might shed 6 to 8Kgs a month, you might not have such a high weight loss.

If you did 4 - 5Kg a month, you'll be done in 8 - 10 weeks (then add 2 - 3 weeks for Refeed). All done in less than 3 months. Or sooner....

Thanks for the question.

I have seen (over the years) many clinics say (remembering, so I may not have it quite right.... ) "Try your old Plan for two weeks - if you aren't feeling right after that time (e.g. still hungry, tired, no energy, etc) it may be time for a new Plan."

I'll keep my eyes peeled for such a reference and add it to the "Important Things that often get lost" thread. Great idea - thanks,

Thanks koh - I realise it's a tricky question as so many factors influence how you feel and perceive your progress - and I think it is worthy thread as many who come back again are worried about it

I have been reading through the forums trying to get some inspiration and information.. The crackers we should be eating which ones are they... I have read the saladas are good but I have been eating one whole one and now I find I should be eating only half that... lol..
