Hi bonjovi, it doesn't take long to get the hang of it. You have made a great decision and this is a great place to come for support and encouragment. Just stay 100% on programme and watch the weight fall off!

Hi Bonjovi,

I posted a Note in your Profile (where you have been posting). It will explain what is going on.

I've modified this thread's name to be the start of your diary, so just "Post Reply" while in this thread, and tell us all about what's happening.... Once you are familiar with this, I'll look at Moving this to the "New Diaries" area,

Welcome aboard.

And, since you are now on Day 7, I'd hope things are starting to feel MUCH better - those first few days can be tough - so, just you be tougher, and you'll really love the "sunny days" that must be just about to arrive for you. Hang tough, and keep taking your "medicine"

Koh

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Hi Bonjovi,

I was tired (really tired) for the first two weeks. But rolling into the third week, I stopped feeling so sluggish. Have just complete my 4th week and feeling good now. Will admit though, that my body dfinitely wants to go early. I guess that's our bodies way of saying "time to rest for the hard work I have to do tomorrow burning those fat calories!".

Congrats on your loss...you are well on your way!
