Cool The 5 Kilo Race

Hi!

As identified, some people need to cut their weight loss goals into 5 kilo junks. Therefore I decided to start a 5 kilo race. Everyone can participate.
We will start on Thursday the 1st of November with the first race.

The first one who lost 5 kilo is the winner - depending on how many participants we have the others will continue to race each other. (in a reasonable timeframe.

As long as you start on Thursday with counting - you can sign up until Friday.

Please post in here to participate.

It'll be fun!

Just as an aside, we'll be using this challenge to launch the NYF Awards system. The idea is to have a place where all your awards/proves from challenges are kept in one place. They can also be displayed in your profile.

We will be looking to remove the multitude of award icons in the signatures because they are taking up too much space. So get ready for something new when you all hit the 5kg mark.

Good morning everyone!

Today is the first of November and the official start of the challenge!
You can do it however you like - record your starting weight or just set a ticker with a 5 kilo countdown (which I will do!)
It is up to you how often you weigh in - the goal is to be the first who is down 5 kilos. As Baloo said this will be even more exciting as there is a new award awaiting the winner!

Let's regularly check in and cheer each other on - people who don't participate are more then welcome to be sideline cheerers

New members you are also welcome!!!

It is to motivate us all to go full steam on plan, refeed or maintenance!!!!
