Wink WiTTy New- 92.7kg down to 52kg, in Brisbane :)

Hello to all,
I'm excited to join this community and looking forward to sharing my experience with you all.

Stats:
Female early 30's
Starting weight 92.7 (may need to confirm that with the Cohen's helpers as I've decided not to replace my $200 broken scale - I was fed up lol)
Target weight 49 - 52 ( gotta fix my ticker I'm.cheating already lol)
Date commenced program 26 November 2013.

So far I think I've been sticking to everything 100%, I'm going to be sure on my weigh in tomorrow (Tuesday)

Keep an eye on this page for some pictures of dishes created so far.

Thanks and wish you all much strength and determination in your journey.

Note: I have posted the same on the Cohen's Support Forum (still unsure of which I'll continue with for now)

What a lovely energetic first post!!

I went on the cohens forum but it was so quiet, I was scared to say anything! haha. I haven't been back.

Welcome WiTTy - goodluck on your journey, you'll find heaps of support in here. I am also on the other forum but find it a lot quieter than this one.

Goal 1: 5kg (done 02/12/13) / Goal 2: 10kg and into the 70s / Goal 3: 15kg / Goal 4: 20kg and into the 60s/ Goal 5 and on... reassess when goal 4 reached - defeating one goal at a time

Just wanted to say welcome and congratulations on starting Cohens!

It is awesome, and I am always stoked to see new people on here, and follow along with their successes.

I am a second timer, just about to hit maintenance again (but really only for the first time properly if I am honest), but I plan on staying around here to keep myself accountable!

Kricha and mcbell thank you both I look forward to getting to know you and read your progress

UPDATE: weigh in today and it was better than expected for several reasons.
I've had the wrong Salada type and amounts each time (silly me my bad no one else's). And it's that time also so I'm defiantly packing fluid.

Loss of 2.25kg
59 cm less than this time last week

(even if I'd consider two different people measuring each time of say -10 it's still amazing with 49 cm difference!!!)

It's the first week and I'm adjusting. Note I'm looking forward to this week and the next weigh in.

LoL yeah mcbell, I couldn't be disappointed in myself coz of the little kg loss on week one once I got the cm confirmed

First compliments I've got from family is that I'm glowing and look like I've shrunk wooho!

Got the right crackers... So week two here I go!

Wawoo,, that's really great
Mostly I'd seen some people who used to have a weight loss but on the other hand there skin becomes really dull, but that's really great that at least you got your glowing skin

Hi WiTTy - I mainly use the "tapatalk" smartphone app to post thumbnail photos of my meals on this forum - it is super simple.

Good luck for a great weigh in on Tuesday - I can just feel the enthusiasm in your posts - so excited for you!

Hey hey its week 2 Weigh in day and here are the slow loser's results for you all
Weight is down to 88.8 (almost 1.5 kg loss)
Measurement is now at 63 cm total loss, yippy!

After explaining my continuous migraines and lethargic days I've gone through this past week I have been advised to increase my intake of Multi-vitamin and chromium.
I've been using Jalna a2 for yoghurt, which I've just confirmed is NOT allowed.
and finally I've been advised to try and fix my sleeping times (I've been doing late nights and waking up late lately due to being out of work).

So that's my update this week.... I'll be trying out these suggestions and hope week 3 will be better. I had to be one of those slow losers D'oh! but its ok as long as I am loosing it at the end of the day

I will be uploading all the cooked dishes I've promised to put in the next post

To be quite honest the only thing I had to buy that we usually don't is the mayonnaise and crisps. Our usual meals included all of this but I used to binge on chips and chocolates... The unhealthy part of our diet.
It's also why I didn't lose as much as I didn't have much water retention.

Well just to confirm in still having those horrible migraines!
Gotta do something about that!

Oh no...

You haven't been on the program for too long, so hopefully they will pass.

I used to get them relatively often but now I only get them occasionally and it appears to be correlated to my 'cycle'... Just to add another yay to that whole thing! haha
