Prawn & Mango Stir Fry
Bok Choy, Capsicum, Cauliflower, Onion, Mushrooms, Squash (Vegetable allowance) Sprite Zero Pinch Garlic Powder Raw prawns (allowance) Mango, flesh diced (Fruit allowance) Stir fry vegetables in a non-stick pan with a splash of Sprite and garlic powder , add prawns and cook 2-4 mins till cooked through. Remove from heat and stir through mango. Serve immediately.
