I've not heard of that brand at all. Best I can suggest is that you check it against posts in this topic:- http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5863 Where are you based? Can any other member help out? Does anyone know that brand and its suitability? Koh

I dont think that will appropriate. My consultant mentioned that you can only have Fat Free yoghurt and this looks like a Low fat yoghurt (I googled it so might not be the exact one you are looking at )
