Default Tofu

Hi all,

I have read that some people can have tofu on their plans. I'm just wondering what the deal is with tofu... I would like to go to a retreat and no meat is allowed so could I have tofu instead? If so, what are the quantities you can have per serving? Perhaps someone would be able to share their allowance amounts?

Hi Syrah,

As far as I know you have to have tofu as an option already on your program.

I was asked when I filled out my original form to sign up to Cohens.

Maybe you can ask your clinic, but like all the quantities on our plans, they are individual, so someone else's quantity may not be right for you.

my understanding is that you have to nominate tofu before the program is written ( obviously the amounts need to be calculated properly by DrC)
i do not beleive that it can be substituted later ( i stand to be corrected) but ask your clinic

Syrah, it's best to check with your clinic rather than the forums. All our quantities differ and what works for me, may not work for you at all. As well, I only have tofu as an option for ONLY meal 3. Meal 2 for me is all meat.

I embarked on the Cohen journey in Jan 2010 and lost about 13.2kg in three months or so. I mostly kept the weight off since until recently due to immense stress and grieving. Here I am once again on August 2018, older, wiser and heavier...
