Default pennys refeed diary

well here i am .... finally

cant say i am going to miss the hunger thats for sure....really has been relentless.

so i begin refeed on 67.7kgs. cohens goal is 66.1 so hopefully i will finish around that but i dont care cause i know i am ready.

so day 1 and i add in extra old protein, extra old veg, 1 good fruit and ....drumroll please....a slice of bread!!!!

so i added the extra of old veg to breakfast this morning cause i was ravenous.

i will split the extra protein btw lunch and dinner

for lunch i am going to have my meat and veg on a piece of toast ....cant believe how excited i am about that...

i will endeavour to post the days menu tonight and i will try to keep this up throughout the refeed....

Hi Pen,

GOOD ON YOU for being on refeed - it's been quite a ride (specially the last week or three, eh?).

And, hey, I'm sure you will LOVE settling right where you are (weight-wise) - you are looking SO good mate.

Just "watch out" when you and Hexi get together for that celebration - you two could turn Alice on its head, and then need another 3 weeks "right back here" afterward :P

Hugs,

Koh

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Welcome to the land of re-feed. I'm sure you'll like the new increased serves, and the experiment of adding foods and seeing/learning how your body reacts, what to avoid, what foods don't increase weight etc.

Good luck!

Good to see that you're not hungry today. That surely must mean you were ready for refeed, Penny.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

Yep I just loved the pineapple too - so SWEET...did have rockmelon but that didn't seem as nice.

Don't forget blueberries I think they are so lovely...

I think the first day I had bread it was the same...but the rye seems to be good. I just bought an organic rye (sorta like pumpernickel) pres free...really looking forward to that tomorrow.

The x is gonna have the kids after the bangtail muster on Monday I was thinking I for some reason have 2 $20 vouchers for the Casino (for my birthday)...maybe we could go there for a coffee and a flutter?

I can't wait to go to Gloria Jeans in a few days and get a skinny late or a soya one!

Life is so much better on refeed hey

Oh yeh and tonight I bought 2 bottles of wine...

A barossa reisling and a Coonawarra Cab Sheraz Merlot...one of each for each night

And we have been invited to Tania's birthday the same night of your finishing up 23rd May so I thought we could go out for Indian at Hanumans or the Eastside one...(whatever you want) and then we could go to Tanias for a while sometime after...although I forgot you might have a few people there. Either way I will need to pop in to her place for a while...followed by a BIG NIGHT out on the town!

hey hex....not sure about the casino, got a fair bit on on monday, need to get a few things done with rob before he goes monday night and i also have an old mate in town so i really need to catch her at some point...

but tania's on the 23rd i can do...omg i had better drink soda water me thinks....sheesh the social life awaits....oh and btw we dont have to go out for dinner that night cause rob is fully expecting to be the one to 'escort' us out on a dinner date and being a friday he may not be able to come that night....oh decisions, decisions hey

down 100grms today, 67.6, which is a total surprise considering how full i was last night and the whole bread thing....i will try the rye in a few days and if the same thing happens it is off the menu, was not a pleasant experience....

yogurt and blueberries for brekkie, roll on 7am

sheesh your quick shell, yep up again before the birds....slept well though, just waking up at 5.30am....now thats gotta change i tells ya

Hi Penny,
Burgen wholemeal & seed is the lowest carb bread (thanks to Pandora for working that out), and is preservative free!!
I have been having the Burgen Rye while on re feed because not allowed the grainy one- but will definatly be eating it in limited amounts after re feed!
