Default Enoki Mushroom!
I have fallen n luv with ENOKI mushrooms which are such an awesum pasta substitute. Next time I have spag bowl in my life there is NO DOUBT ill be having enoki mushrooms as the spag and home made turkey mince with my the new mincer I just bought. Atm I use enoki in stifrys which are just awesome!!! I get them from my veggie shop and Woolworths sells them too. They're $3.99 for 200g Happy as with this find!! If u haven't tried u must YUMMY!

I agree they are a great pasta/ noodle replacement. I've only made one meal with them so far but will definitely be doing more

They are also super yum in soups and they feel like you're slurping noodles!!! Plus they are kind of adorable, right??

i bought these today at New World in South City Christchurch. They always have them.

Someone crossed out ' Snow Enoki' and wrote ' Golden Enoki' on all the packets. hehe.

I plan to cut up my beef shnitzel and make like a stir fry with them tomorrow for lunch

Just had them again for t they r the best!!!! Stirfry enokis with onion and a piece of steak on the side yummy as!!! Hope u chch guys can find them

ok so i made this without knowing what i was doing :

Sliced up beef schnitzel and fried only slightly in a spray of oil
Added about 80g of the enoki and then the rest of my allowance of onion and courgettes
Added lots of salt and pepper and garlic granules
When almost finished frying together ( 5 minutes or less) i added a dash of balsamic

BEST THING I HAVE HAD ON DIET - HANDS DOWN

i want this every day now

Sounds like I need to get me some Enoki Mushrooms - I eat a lot of mushroom as it is anyway.

Oh I want to find them NOW!!!! There is a brand new NW which opened last week about 10 mins away from home, so am going to try to get down there after work tomorrow to search for them!

lol nah they are definitely in the fruit and veg section of new world. They are with all the other mushrooms.

Goal 6 - 65KG try to reefed without a re feed program....eek!!!
