Default What type of Mayo do you use?

I have been using S and W light whole egg mayonnaise.
I am allowed a tsp a day of low fat Mayo and usually have it for breakfast with my crackers.
Looked at the lable of the S and W. The number 2 ingredient is Corn Syrup. There is more corn syrup in the Mayo than egg. And it's not called Corn Syrup Mayo!
I would prefer to eliminate corn syrup as from everything I understand about healthy eating corn syrup is a big baddie. I know it's not much but still, Cohens teaches us to be picky.
Hellmann Mayo seems to have a healthier ingredient set - higher fat and cals but lower carbs. But it's not light or low fat.
Any thoughts or tips Cohens peeps? Which brand are you using?

I find that on plan i eliminate ALL mayo as the low fat variety is so sweet and sickly and kind of manufactured tasting. In non Cohen's days, i usually add a little kewpie mayo - the stuff they use in sushi. Totally yum but certainly not low fat and not Cohen's friendly, maybe maintenance friendly but not plan.

I just can't stand the taste of any of the low fat varieties so i just avoid!

I love the kewpie mayo - so yummy, creamy and no nasty stuff. Is it because it's full fat that means it's not Cohens friendly?

Yeah Jem, only low fat is allowed. Collie, I agree with you completely about the taste, I mix mine with vinegar and/or water and put paprika in it...or some other herb/spice....really tones it down

Gosh, I had boring food. I would add water to my ETA 95% fat free mayo to make it go further but that's as far as it went.

And I still eat the same boring mayo whereas the rest of the family has Best Foods - I tried buying the light of that but got told off. I never tried it because I have just got used to the ETA one.

Who can? Lol...my mother and grandmother were excellent cooks, but often I use their recipes and it still doesn't work out as well as theirs! Mayo...I've got that nailed now...I saw Matt Preston (Master Chef judge) make it with a hand blender...too easy, although it did take me a couple of flops to perfect it! Thermo users turn away now (I don't even say this to my consultant!&#128522 I use a stick blender!
