Default yogurt yogurt yogurt arghh!

Curious to know what everybody who eats yogurt are eating these days???

Really schemozzled at finding one I like these days, My faves keep disappearing ( activia natural most recent disappearance). I do like the vaalia but I had noticed previously it slowing my losses and it was likely the small amount of inulin sneakily in there?!?

So what is your current choice???? Hmmmm

My consultant recommended the Browne's Traditional Light. She said it was the least sour/sharp tasting of them all. So it's all I've ever had because it's good! It's also very smooth, some of the natural yog's I have tried in the past have been quite lumpy and gluggy.

Hey Be light!! Where have you been, lady?!!! Missed you 'round here!!

As for yoggy... I haven't actually had any this time around. BUT, my favourites were Tamar Valley and Yoplait Yoplus. Both creamy, smooth and not sour!

Really lil doll. What have you been doing instead of yogurt, Id love to not rely on it as I don't do dairy well, but cant imagine eggs every day.

Have you tried the "Zuchinni Hashbrown" recipe????? I am in luuuuuuuuuuuuuuurve with it - Yog is good when I am running a bit short on time for breakyfast....and I just make up Esiyo Skimmers yoghurt - so it is easy and cheap.

Dennyhorse posted about adding cinnamon to the zuchinni hashbrown and it tasting like pancake!!! I am totally trying it tomorrow.

I only have egg, cheese and yoghurt for my Meal 1 choices, and I mostly do not have cheese (too much effort in the morning, but now I have an airfryer, so maybe that will change)........not that I can imagine having fish for breakfast - but I have been a fan of collie days (Yoghurt for dinner) and have had chicken and beef meals as my breakfast in the past - I can eat almost anything, anytime - does take a bit of organising though, and riding my bike to work after a larger meal has been a bit uncomfortable in the past.

Anyway, enough about me! Welcome back Be Light - may your detox be non-existent, and your losses to write home about!

Have a great weekend!

Yes, welcome back be light!!!

I just have egg every day! haha. I find it keeps me fuller for longer. I make an omelette in my airfryer with mushies, spinach and zoodles (zucchini noodles). It's pretty darn tasty!! haha

Hope you start up your diary again, lovely

Black Swan No Fat Greek Yoghurt is devine, best one I've found yet, I have it majority of days for breakfast and still not tired of it.

Hello loosers (I mean it in the nicest way possible ),

Plain Yoghurt is something that I've grown up having and would miss it if I haven't had it for a while.

Here is something you might enjoy:

Yoghurt + Cucumber + Mint (dried or fresh) + Lemon Juice (Optional and only a little to taste) _____ Chop & Mix ------> ENJOY (This is pretty much Tzaziki)

For those who are on the run:
Whisk Yoghurt + Bit of water + Mint / Thyme (Sprinkle a bit) + Salt (Optional), Drink it on your way to work or while you check your email an (Aryan is the name)

Yummy Yoghurt!

Hey Witty!

We can't have veggies (cucumber and fresh mint) with yogurt... Only fruit. Veggies can be be mixed with any other protein except yoggy!

Always check with your consultant/clinic about the allowed yoghurts.
These have changed.
Every state here in Aus has different brands, so please check with your clinics.
