Lazy BUT delicous Recipe - Chicken Cabbage Soup

Recipe Description

This soup is simply delicious. I do it almost every day cos of the sweetness of the soup. You can practically leave it to cook on its own! 

Ingredients:

1. Fresh Mushrooms
2. Chinese cabbage
3. Chicken breast meat 

Preparation Steps:

All you need is FRESH mushroom / Chinese cabbage and chicken and you are ready to go!

Instructions:

1. Cut up FRESH mushroom / Chinese cabbage to weight
2. Cut chicken to weight
3. Prepare some cut chillies if you like it spicy (I do!)
4. Bring water to boil - around 300ml
5. Pour mushrooms (remove the stems) and the chinese cabbage (about 3cm by 3cm in size) into the boiling water.
6. Boil for about 15 mins till the cabbage is real soft.
7. Put in the chicken to boil another 8 mins or so.
8. Put in the chillies AND Pepper if you like and you are done!
