Default Favourite Cohen meals

Still a newbie, but I already have some favourites:

Breakfast: Peach & yogurt smoothie

Lunch: Vegetarian Lasagna

Dinner: 1. Flamie's Sicy Prawns
2. Fillet steak with mushrooms
3. Chicken burger (crumbed in crackers and chilli flakes and grilled)
with tomato slices and mayo in between lettuce

What are your favourite Cohen meals?

For brekkie, yoghurt and stewed apple in sprite zero for brekkie was one.

For lunch my fav was/is 2 CBs with moz cheese and tomato on top and cucumber on the side. Is quick and easy to prepare and eat.

For dinner, curried mango chicken was definitely one of my favourites. Also steak and veg. Love my steak.

Favorite meal has to be a simple steak, with garlic and Mushrooms! mmmm yum!
Best when the pan is really dry and hot when you pop the mushrooms in as it lets them brown before they go soft!!!

Ps, Marc, funny as it sounds, this was inspired from a post of yours I had read.
I'd been playing magician in the kitchen, and your post made me realise, simple is best, enjoy the flavours for what they are!

Default I like almost all of it

I dont miss soy sauce anymore-

I use my little George Foreman grill almost everyday. For steaks and zucchini.

For breakfast I love to have egg beat together with lettuce or zucchini or spinach-it is easy just spray a bowl wih spray if you have it(makes easier for cleaning) toss in veggie alot ment and nuke for two or 3 minutes -salt pepper garlic powder to taste,

Tried the yogurt -but yogurt makes me starving at 9:30 am.

Tonight i steamed some cabbage and then put salt, pepper, oregano, chili powder, cumin on a chicken breast and sauteed in a pan, once it was nearly done I put some diet lemon fanta on top of it and cooked it some more and then poured it on top of the cabbage-stirred it all up, it kind of tasted asianeey.

I will make it again and the fake taco salad.

I could eat this kind of food for the rest of my life.
