ctower I find it is not the deviation that is the problem, it is getting back into the zone again after the deviation. That is the time when there really is a struggle with hunger and cravings

ctowers put it behind you and move forward. No point feeling guilty as that achieves nothing (even though a natural reaction) Just work out what it was that made you deviate, work out what you will do so you wont be in that situation again and jump straight back on the program so you can get to your goal asap. You have done to sell to lose as much as you have and the less you deviate, the quicker you will achieve your goal and trust me it's well worth the effort! Good luck

Awwwwwww sorry to here you have deviated..I am sure at one stage we all want to.Something must just tip you at a certain point.
As yet i havent deviated but i so agree with Louise just move forward.
I know you will be feeling crap but forgive yourself as you have just done so so well so far.
I have read that some peeps feel worse with the food they have consumed (bad stomach, sick) rather than the guilt.
Back on the bus and continue to go well.
Thinking of you

BOREDOM is my worst nightmare lol thats the only reason why i deviated..there is not alot of recreational activities in Katherine as it is a small town, i am the type that likes to get his party on and it has been this way since god knows how long now but yeah from being young it is easily to get bored and i think it got to the point were i was goin to have a mental breakdown.

But thanks for feedback and i will def learn from my mistakes and will look forward an not back

I always try to make a point of making sure I have something to do on the weekends as there is nothing worse than boredom to turn ones thoughts to food. I will often go and owrk in the garden or go for a walk just so I wont think of eating!
Good luck

I have deviated more than once and as a result have only lost 12 kilos in 3 months! It's not just boredom but stress or anger. It's those sort of old behaviours that have made us overweight and once you target when the feeling approaches for a craving and create a diversion tactic (eg go for a walk, have a bath, read a book, chew gum or have diet coke) it'll be alot easier.
