Digital Scales

I began Cohens on Monday, 7th Jan 08 and so far all is going well (nearly one week down)

Can anyone recommend a good brand of Digital Scales to purchase? I am not currently using a digital set and doubt the accuracy which is setting myself up to fail.

Have to say that this is a great forum. I tuned in a few weeks before I began my program and found alot of the info and questions posted by you all so valuable.

Hi Curly, welcome.

It's good to know that we've been able to help you already. As to the scales, mine are from Big W and they didn't cost very much (? $20 or thereabouts) and have been very reliable over the past 16 months. Nothing fancy but they convert gms to lbs and can set it back to zero to add other foods. I do suggest that you get some as you have already noted that yours may not be so accurate and accuracy as you know is the key to this programme.

I'm not sure what I've done with my ticker. Would it be because I haven't added any weight lost as yet
I might remove it for now and re-do it after my monthly weigh-in.
