Hi everyone, It's absolutely imperative that EVERY FORUM MEMBER checks their signature BEFORE THIS WEEKEND... The signature rules can be found HERE. In short, this is what's allowed: ONE ticker or SMALL picture. No graphs or animations. Three lines of normal sized text in total, whether you have a ticker or not. Spaced over a total of 5 lines. (You can have two blank lines if you wish). There are FAR too many signatures which are FAR too large. We're giving everyone the next few days to fix them, then the moderators will start fixing them. Thank you everyone, in anticipation, for your help with this.

Sorry if this is a silly question Andy, but what about the dancing mangoes? I have adjusted my ticker as advised but I have my ticker plus one dancing mango...is that not allowed now? If so the 100% Cohens D Free challenge will be no more....boohoo.

My understanding is that the Dancing Mangoes are allowed. Problems with big sigs have come up before and Dancing Mangoes were exempt...as well they should be in my humble opinion! Mangoes should be free to dance for those who've earned them.

I also remember that in the past the Dancing Mango has been given to 100% DFers exclusively, i.e. no one else should use them in their posts.

As I recall, the wording is no-one else should use them in their sigs

Yup, they're DEFINATELY allowed.

They are the ONLY animation allowed in a signature (other than mine, but I'm speshul...

)

We're all really proud of everyone who has earned a Dancing Mango, and would never remove them.

Please remember, though, they are ONLY to be used by people who have earned them, and ONLY under the rules set when the competition was set up.
