Measurements??

Hmmm

the first week I lost a total of 13cms, then the next week 10 cms...today when I did the measurements I only lost a total of 5cm

What is going on??

It's cyclic.

First ya lose weight, then size, then weight, then size, then weight, then size, then.. well, you get the idea.

It's definately not linear.

I wish I still had my measurements, I did weekly measurements for the first 5 months, then they got stolen with my laptop when my house got robbed. and I didn't take measurements much after that

One thing that I regret is not taking my measurements on the first day of the program. I didn't realise how important they were. Today I took my measurements and will continue to take them till the end of the program.

I Inearly died when I did my measurements on my first day, but in a week i was absolutely amazed with how much i had lost,and how quickly.

As i am refraining from weighing myself till the month is up,i have been getting a real kick out of the measurements !( mY whole 2 weeks worth .

Yeah -- I have lost 28cms all up so looking at that is pretty cool - I just didn't realise that it would fluctuate I thought it would be a gradual process...so I'm not doing anything wrong...phew

Asy's right you do get alot fo fluctuation in weight loss, size loss, balance time, weight loss, size..... the best thing is it's all melting away!!!

Well done Glassangel on losing 13 cm in one week! thats AWESOME! :P
