Measurements
Or do you measure both arms & thighs and add them to your total? I was told that either way is fine... just wondering what other people do. Last time I measured both and recorded both in the total. This time around I am measuring both but only recording the 1 arm & 1 thigh in the total. Lisa |

When I was going to Curves they used to measure one arm and one thigh, but wanted the arm we used most, and the thigh on the same side. Presumably, that side might be a bit bigger. I only measured the one side for Cohen's.

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |
