help to find cohens in Hong Kong

Hi All,

I have been reading avidly about Cohens and would like to do the programme - deviation free!! - but I cannot seem to find a way to get the programme in Hong Kong, there are no clinics here.

Is anyone here in Hong Kong, or know a way I can find out more/ do the programme here?

Hi louie, 2 years back when I was based in China Shanghai I thought of doing Cohens too and sadly there are no clinics in that region. How about you do the USA program (cheaper also)? www.1stpersonaldiet.com - otherwise the nearest clinic for you will be in either Singapore or Malaysia. Do you have any chance of travelling?

Thanks for your response and help, I am going to Australia in May so I think I will go to a clinic in Sydney and start the program, but in the mean time, am going to do plenty of reading and researching on this forum.

good idea but the problem is that you will need to go for a blood test. I think you should start contacting the clinic first to indicate your interest and see if you can do the blood test and get the report before your trip to Sydney. Then when you sign up, give them the report and they will process the food plan for you. I suppose they can either email you the program or mail it to you in Hong Kong.

Nevertheless, the online program is always available though the problem is because it is online you don't get a person to consult about I guess? If I could really, I would try the online one cos its cheaper...

Anyhow, feel free to reach out to this forum if you have questions. I can feel the same excitement you have as I had 9 weeks ago. This diet is amazing....

Thanks for your help DP, but I think I want to physically go to a clinic and check it out first hand so I can make an informed decision. I am in Oz for 3 weeks on and off (we live there when not in HK) in May/ June, but will make an appointment for the clinic asap to make things easier. I think I really want to talk to a consultant first hand before taking the plunge and get as much info as possible.

Blood test will be easier to start things off in Oz, and will take it from there.

Oh that's great! I hope you locate the clinic soon and in the meantime, you read all about this diet and get yourself ready for it. For me I even did pre-cohens diet (just cutting out carbs mainly and start monitoring portions) for abt 6 weeks before starting and it made things really easier. I even lost abt 2kg just with pre-cohens. It does help boost confidence!
