Talking Chicken Basil Balls

Chicken Basil Balls

Recipe Description
A recipe that one of my friends gave me. Quick and easy lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Chicken (allowance)
Basil (about 10 grams or large handful)
Spices (use what you like to flavour the chicken...I used chilli, garlic powder, paprika)
Salad to serve
Preparation Steps:

Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
15mins
Serves:
Instructions:
Put the chicken with the basil and spices into a blender to mince. Mix until chicken is green. Roll into balls and fry off or bake in the oven.
Make your salad...I used spinach leaves, couple slices of tomato and a ryvita (1 = 2 crackers) and a couple of leaves of basil.
Arrange the chicken balls on your salad...and enjoy!
I put the tomato on the ryvita with the basil leaves and then arranged the chicken balls on the spinach leaves.

Thanks for the recipe, nice change and something different! I sure enjoyed them and then.............. I decided to try them using fish! A little tomato in the mayo and presto, seafood sauce!
