Smile Returning to Cohens after 2 years

Hi - new to the forum so please be kind

Well I got my program 2 years ago, did it for about 3 weeks, lost 6kg then fell off the wagon and never got back on.

Until now. I am getting married in 11 weeks, and have decided to do Cohens, religiously, right up to it. I have ordered a dress that is 2 sizes too small so have every reason to stay on the wagon this time.

I went in and had my first appt since deciding to do this, and am all motivated but scared sh*tless.

I am going to need alot of support and encouragement so will be a regular on here

I have looked at a few posts so far, and already have a question, is vaahlia yogurt off the list now? I love that yogurt!!!

Hi ShrinkingTam!

Good luck for your start tomorrow! Remember the first few days are the toughest, so just hang in there and then you will be in the great fat dropping zone and on your way to the fab new slim you!
Work just as hard at keeping your head in the right space and you will cruise to goal in no time!

All the best!

Default Exciting!!!

I am really excited to be stepping into "the zone" tomorrow. It's great to know there are other newbies going through the same things as me It's a real comfort just to know that!! I look forward to keeping up to date with you all and sharing the experience

I remember how hard these first few days are, and am prepared for it...
