Convict Challenge
So we are going to have a mini challenge for two weeks to straighten ourselves out and work our way back to redemption. I'm starting at 56.9kgs and we are off and racing!!! Cheers Irene

ok so i am definately detoxing again...clearly i love the pain...not...
its amazing how quickly i can get myself into a detox situation...doesnt take much really, although i would have to say, its not that i havent had lots and lots of treats.....and considering that, things arent to bad.... so i drink the water and i suck it up....cause i am gonna be 68kg on my wedding day dammit....no more procrastination penny.... ooooohhhh ahhhhhh i does hurt.... *must keep up with the skinny midget*.........pant pant pant

well things are worse than i thought....73kgs...so you wanna challenge, i am focussed today....i am gonna see a 71 tomorrow as i know its a lot of fluid....

Morning my amazon convict ;o) I've dropped 700gms this morning! So I started at 65.9kgs and I'm now 65.2kgs = -700gms Come on girl - shake that butt!!! Cheers Irene

ok i am down 1kg and i am still in detox except for the wine with dinner....oops...but i am on call for a week beginning tomorrow so no wine so watchout missy....

DAY 5
Well isn't it a bloody good morning this morning!! Down 800gms to 55kgs which is the TOP END OF MY GOAL WEIGHT!!! Start: 56.9kgs = -1.9kg I was wondering what those marks were on my heels heehee, naughty puppy, back in the corner you go!!! I was going to say that it would probably taste better than the sheep heels you are used to nipping but I've decided to be bigger than the whole NZ vs Aussie stuff Oh, and did I tell you that to celebrate I am wearing my SIZE 6 work pants!!!!! tis a good day!! well i didnt weigh this morning cause i got stuck into that loaf again last night....it really is hard to get back on track post refeed....but i am still on task today and i am staying away from the bottle shop for the next week so there...ok...i can hear you sniggerig from here missy...and as for that kiwi puppy....hmffff
